I have derived so much benefit from attending Séb’s yoga classes. For one thing, they give me respite from the daily grind, creating a calm space away from all the stress and busy-ness of life. For another I can participate at my own level; there is no pressure or competition, just my own journey inwards, aided by the rhythms and yogic routines Séb teaches. Plus I always sleep really well after a class, a welcome bonus.

I find it so very difficult to clear my head and to allow myself some ME time. I always have really struggled to switch off – probably why I’m in the right job! But your session really helped me and I took so much from it! I absolutely loved it and I do hope you carry it on. It has done me the world of good to take some time just for me and I’m so looking forward to next week already 😊 !

I attempted the breathing and Cold Water Challenge this morning, and although it was less than 30 seconds I do see how it can be of benefit…..looking forward to starting it properly tomorrow!
Thank you for today’s yoga breathing class. I very much enjoyed it and totally zoned out . It does make me feel better and more alert for the afternoons.
I just want to say thank you for the lunchtime reboot sessions they have been super helpful on a super anxious few days.
The Living Yoga Class is helping me improving my focus and I feel so relaxed after each class.
