This is achieved via ‘Double breathing’ - a signature practice of the Living Yoga Method, inspired from traditional Pranayama and developed for over 20 years by Steve Harrison at the Living Yoga Sanctuary in Southampton.
The 20mins session consist of three stages of Double Breathing (dynamic breathing ) so we can access something we call in Living Yoga ‘Dynamic Stillness’, wherein our body and mind get re-set and re-calibrated to function at a more optimal level.
The classes are run by Séb daily Monday to Friday.
The class starts promptly at midday. All attendees are muted at the start of the Zoom session but there is space to talk about the experience at the end of the session.
A short demo is included at the start of the session to get you started, of course a daily practice quickly improves the student practice and their experience of feeling balanced energetically and mentally.
