Séb offers personal one-to-one sessions tailored to your individual needs. These sessions can take place in your home or at Séb’s personal studio in Landford, between Salisbury and Romsey in Hampshire, UK.
Process
The process begins with a short conversation — either in person or by phone — to understand your motivation, your current situation, and what you would like to gain from the practice. Based on this, Séb will design a personalised programme to support your development..
Consultation
You will then meet regularly for 90-minute sessions, allowing enough time to work carefully through the practice and build steady, long-lasting benefits.
Many people find that this personalised approach helps them develop a deeper understanding of the practice and progress safely at their own pace.
Fees:
• £35 per person for a 90-minute session
• £48 for couples (90 minutes)
